Moving Awareness Through The Chakras

This is a supplemental technique to use after sitting for a while and you want to refresh your practice and improve your concentration,

  • Look into the spiritual eye while being aware of your spine. Feel it. Mentally picture the chakras, starting at the bottom and going upwards through the spine
    into the spiritual eye and higher brain.

  • Starting at the base chakra, feel it, mentally chant Om once. Feel and imagine the sound of Om to be emanating from that chakra. Locate the second chakra and mentally chant Om once while feeling that the sound is emanating from it. Continue in this way to the third, fourth, and fifth chakras, the spiritual eye, and crown chakra.

  • Pause for a moment, then go down through the chakras to the base chakra, chanting Om once at each chakra and feeling the vibration response.

  • Pause for a moment, then repeat the procedure.

  • Do this a few times, concluding the practice of this technique at the crown chakra.
    Listen to Om and merge with it.
